The Plan in Brief

Shettigere and the Sadahalli Corridor
The east frontage of Aparna Shettigere is on Sadahalli Main Road, about 12 m wide, and it is about 1 km by road from there to the Sadahalli junction, where the road meets NH 44, the airport road. Beyond the junction, the Airport Trumpet Flyover on NH 44 is about 2 km by road, Kempegowda International Airport about 9 km and Devanahalli about 11 km. The village is Shettigere, in Jala Hobli, Yelahanka taluk, and the site lies on the west side of NH 44.
As at 7 October 2026 that junction holds the only traffic signal on the main carriageway of NH 44 between Hebbal and Sadahalli, and an underpass of about 750 m is being built there; the works are expected to take about a year. The nearest metro station, Doddajala on the Namma Metro Blue Line, is under construction about 1.4 km away by road, so no metro station is open near the project as at 7 October 2026.
The belt around the site is in build-out. Registered communities nearby include Bhartiya Garden Estate, DS Max Sky Shlokam, Sattva City and Fiorana at Beaumont Estate by Lodha Developers, and neighbouring registered projects give completion dates between 2030 and 2032, so construction activity around the site is likely to continue through that period.
